Investing In The Company:
The minimum Investment Diamond Real Estate Solutions Inc can accept is 1k and there is no max Investment amount. Your investment has a fixed return of 12% on the utilized capital, regardless if portion or all of the Investment is utilized to fund a deal. Every 3months you can contribute more but only in increments of $1,000. You Earn 12% on your initial investment and we scale in increments of 1k. Your interest is accrued per property invested in whether all or partial of your investment is made. For every 1k invested you make 12% return. ***note if your initial investment isn't in full increments of 1k example 2k or 3k your initial investment was $2,500 you will make 12% on 2k not $2,500. We scale at 1k increments so once you get to 3k you will make 12% on the 3k***
Example of How Your Investment will grow with the Company:
1k @ 12%ROI = $120 per sold property investment was used
5k @ 12%ROI = $600 per sold property investment was used
10k @ 12%ROI = $1,200 per sold property investment was used
15k @ 12%ROI = $1,800 per sold property investment was used
20k @ 12%ROI = $2,400 per sold property Investment was used
and etc... the more you invest the more you make.
Investments will be held for two years. After the two year term Diamond Real Estate Solutions will offer you the option to reinvest any amount you desire or receive all your funds invested plus ROI. Minimum to start investing with the company is $1,000 as stated above but you can contribute every 3 months in increments of $1,000. **You cannot withdraw your investment earlier than a 24 month period. Investing As a Private Lender (PML)
When investing as a PML the minimum will vary but can average from 10-50k. So the way this will be done is similar to investing in the company the only difference is you would be a Private Lender on call and you will receive your investment plus return at point of re-sale of investment property. So this means I will contact you and offer you the opportunity to invest on a subject property. If you are interested in funding a portion or all of the capital needed to complete the deal; you will simply issue a cashier's check to the Title Company of choice where your invested capital will be held in an escrow account ready to be disbursed accordingly at closing. The funds will not be released till the deal is fully funded by the 1st lien position Lender ( Usually Hard Money Loan ) and you as a 2nd lien position ( Private Lenders(s) ). Once both parties secure money in the escrow account we then can close on the deal. After closing we proceed to rehab. Once the renovated property is sold, all parties involved will be paid out accordingly as stated on promissory note.

Minimum 10k-100k @1% ROI on initial investment until property is sold or through time of full ownership. Once property is sold your initial Investment will be paid back in full. So you make cash flow while Investment is under ownership and obtain your initial Investment in full after sale or refinance of property. So you are in other words investing money and getting paid interest only payments monthly for the term of ownership or until refinanced. Great way to invest as a landlord without the hassles of being a landlord.
Example:
You Invest 20k @ 1% = $200/month cashflow and (Company owned rental for 15yrs = 180months) then decides to sell it. How much did you make in cash flow through out the time of Company Ownership? 180months x $200 = $36,000 + $20,000 = $56,000! Without ownership, maintenance, tenant issues, and etc... it's like a savings account but with higher interest with payouts made monthly.
